REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF COOLING APPLIANCES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Air Conditioner M&L for taking out u/s air conditioner window/ split type in capacity 1.5 TR and 2 TR for replacing to u/s spare parts / carrying out neccessary repairing works/ shifting location/ gas re-filling etc in any make /model all as site with connecting accessories from existing location after removing of all connections safely and transportation from site to work shop and back (if required) at same after repairing work complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Connecting accessories will be taken in safe custody by contractor for re-using at same. (ii) All spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for overhauling, dusting, cleaning by compressed air, washing using causting soda mixed with water after scraping to old paint coat to be preparing the surface for re-painting to air condioner in any type /make/ model/ cap/ etc all as site using heat resistive/ synthetic enamel paint by paint spray gun in two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and indication marking by diffirent colour in standard size of letter complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (i) All spare parts required to servicing shall be measured and paid separetly under relevant item.

Supply and re- filling/ charging of refrigerant gas of R-134A,R-32, R-410A, R-22 in original to window or split type air conditioner upto 2 TR capacity with speicific pressure grade complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Grade of refrigerant shall be supplied as per model /make requirement in original.

Labour for re-fixing/installation/ connecting/ testing and commissioning of repaired air conditioner under above item in original postion all as same as per exsiting incl making electric / air connections with other site required work for serviceablity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making hole for fixing of window air condioner for any type/ make/ model / capacity etc. after cutting window's net made out by MS bar or strip / brick wall etc incl all type all required insulating/ fixing materials such as thermocal/ piece of plywood etc including good disturb surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rotary DC compressor unit for invertor window type cap upto 1.5 TR 230 V, Single Phase as required in origional manufactures complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No 06 but rotary DC compressor unit for invertor split type cap upto 1.5 TR.230 V, Single Phase Complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No 6 but reciprocating / rotary AC compressor unit for window type cap upto 2.0 TR.230 V, Single Phase Complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No 6 but reciprocating / rotary AC compressor unit for split type cap upto 2.0 TR.230 V, Single Phase Complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No 6 but Starting/Running Capatior for Existing model of split/ window AC Complete all as specified and directed.
