SPECIAL REPAIR TO SMQS AT NP AREA AT AF STN HALWARA UNDER GE (AF) HALWARA

Demolition of brick/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but exluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of Brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat primer above 1mm thick plaster of paris/wall care putty, on new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for complete removal of old decorated plastered & unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy pots with and including applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer above 1mm thick plaster of paris/wall care putty, on old surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in two coats, 1st coat of 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) and above 5mm thick in CM (1:4) as a 2nd coat of rendering mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) and including with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall & applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 5 MM thick in cement mortar (1:3) furnished even & smooth without using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
