Providing, fabricating, supplying, transporting, erecting, testing and commissioning of Biological Reactor Tank having an effective operating volume of 15 m³ (suitable for 10 KLD Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant), fabricated from MS plates with required stiffeners, supports, manholes, nozzles, access ladder and platform, complete with epoxy anti-corrosive coating, internal media retaining arrangement, aeration piping and diffuser supports, structural steel mounting frame, anchor bolts, interconnecting fittings, all fabrication labour, welding, erection, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as per approved design and specifications

Design, fabrication, supply, transportation and installation of Biological Reactor Tank of 15 m³ effective volume fabricated from 6 mm thick MS plates with necessary stiffeners, supports, lifting lugs, manholes and nozzle connections, complete as per approved drawings

Surface Preparation by sand blasting and application of 3 coat epoxy anti corrosive coating inside and outlide of tank

Internal Media Support Structure fabricated from MS/SS sections including grating, support beams and fixing accessories

Fine Bubble Aeration System comprising HDPE / SS air header, branch piping, Valves and diffuser mounting arrangement

Bio-Media (MBBR Media) with filling ration up to 40% of reactor volume including retaining screens and accessories.

Structural Steel Support Frame, access platform, Ladder Handrails and Maintenance walkway fabricated from MS Sections with primer and paint

Tank Foundation achor bolts, base plates, grouting and installation consumables

Fabrication Labour, welding, erection, alignment, testing and commissioning of reactor tank and accessories

Interconnecting Piping, Flanges, gaskets, valves and fittings for Inlet, outlet and sludge recirculation lines.

Testing Commossioning and trail operation including performance verification.
