Following works are to be carried out and completed at 132 KV S/S Martinpurwa under ETD-I, Lucknow.

Complete Outside Spray Painting of 132/33 KV 63 MVA Transformer-I, II including its Main Tank, Main/OLTC Conservator Tanks, Radiators, Headers, associated Pipe Lines, Support Structures, Marshalling Box etc. by One coat of Red Oxide Primer and then applying Two Coats of Smoke Grey Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac make at the Gap of 48 Hrs. interval each with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing & Cleaning of the Rusted Surfaces, Cleaning & Washing of Dust/ Dirt/ Oil Deposits from the Surfaces. (01 Job for each 132/33 KV 63 MVA Transformer)

Spray/ Brush Painting of following Electrical Equipments installed in 01 No. 33 KV, 2x5 MVAR Capacitor Banks to be done after removing all foreign material from the surface. The surface to be painted is to be cleaned by dry cotton and steel wire brushes. After proper cleaning red oxide primer is to be applied on the surface is to be painted and 24-48 hrs. After drying of red oxide primer the surface is to be painted by smoke grey paint of best quality of ASIAN/ BERGER/ NEROLAC make in two coats on the following equipments.

Brush painting of complete surface of the cage fencing including its runner frame etc. around capacitor bank installed at 132 KV Substation Martinpurwa, Lucknow, after due cleaning and finally applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black colour 1st quality synthetic enaemel paint.
