Supplying profiles of required sections made of aluminium alloy extrusion confirming to IS732-1983and IS1285-1975 anodised with required film thickness and specified colour / natural mat finished conforming to IS1868-1983 for fabrication of structural glazing, curtain wall formed of basic section of any ISI embossed / certified make and brand as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payementwill bemade on finished length of thework). for Structural glazing/curtain wall with 15 micron Coloured Anodising. (i) Fixing Plate (Wt. @ 0.515 Kg per Mtr.)

Labour charge for fabrication and installation of structural Glazing/Curtain Wall made from annodized extruded allooy aluminium sections for the following units: Structural Glazingmade of extruded and annodized alloy aluminium sections, fabrications including cutting to proper shape and size, drilling including cost of brackets, fastenerbolt, mullionbolt, nuts & washers, maskin tape, double side adhesieve crosslink foam(used for guard of glazed silicon on sub-frame), tissue paper foam (usedas filler between sub-frame and under backing of weather silicon), screws and other necessary hardwares, fixingof glass as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and laying standard four course bituminous water proofing treatment as per specification laid down in I.S. 1346 1991 to be finished with pea size gravel including necessary preparatory works such as shaping mouth of outlets, cutting as and where necessary and refilling with sand and Cement mortar (4:1) or Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips before undertaking the treatment including cutting grooves in parapet and inserting edge of felt and mending good damage complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge including cost of all materials and labours and incidental charges but excluding the cost of Cement Mortar or concrete required for levelling and grading. Supplying fitting and fixing including carriage at work site of surface board / Teak wood sports flooring , finishing with 21mm thick, 53 to 90 mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards should have finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove. The under frame - made of pine wood runners of 70mmx45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 19/10mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 300mx300mm. Installation - IPS subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on the levelled IPS sub floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm in 1 direction. Installation - The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable rubber .
