Repair re-carpeting of Perimeter Bituminous Road from Main Gate to Watch Tower No. 18 and internal Roads of GMP 1230 to GMP FB, Main Gate to IEs Gate area and NG-MM at O. F. Itarsi

Excavating over areas in hard/dense soil not exceeding 0.30 M deep and vaeraging 0.15M deep and getting out.

Excavating over areas in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out.

Excavation in hard/dense soil in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth; for foundation etc.and getting out including levelling and all as directed.

Removing of excavated soil lead exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where directed.

Removing of excavated materials lead not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above starting point .all as per specification and as directed .

(M&L) 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) with granite trap or basalt (B. G. Metal), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as per specification and as directed.

Preparing surfaces of Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as per specification and as directed.

Preparing surfaces of Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as per specification and as directed.

Supply and Applying evenly a priming coat and tack coat with bituminous primer of Paving bitumen at 1 kg per 1 sq metre all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Premix bituminous macadam (Prepared in hot mix plant) used in crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, binder (Bitumen) content not less than 4% by weight of total mix, transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory 8 to 10 ton power roller, compacted to required gradient and camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less ( Appx. thickness 40 mm) using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete (Prepared in hot mix plant) 25 mm consolidated thickness with not less than 5.5 % binder (bitumen)content , transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory 8 to 10 ton power roller, compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface complete using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Premixed stone dust seal coat (Prepared in hot mix plant) with 0.06 cu.m. of crushed stone dust mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm, transported to site by tippers, laid with paver finisher and rolled with smooth wheeled, vibratory 8 to 10 ton power roller, to a uniform smooth surface using paving bitumen of approved grade all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Supply and filling Moorum/red bajri filling in pavement shoulder/berm , laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as directed.

Excavating over areas in mud , exc 1.5 m deep and n exc 3 mtr and getting out

M&L for demolition cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness above ground level all as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 D2 type with 40 mm aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete 1;2:4 ,B2 type with 40mm aggrigate in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as directed

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof 1:2:4 B1 type with 20 MM aggregate in culverts/ mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as directed by EIC.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 1000 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars in culvert/drainage all as directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with Grade A sealing compound all as directed and specified.

M&L for returning, of excavated soil filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.
