Supply , assemble and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as recommended by OEM and as directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking down old unserviceable ducts. Note: (i) The rate is deemed to be inclusive of dismantling of false ceiling and removal, making good to match the existing surfaces. (ii) The rates is deemed to be inclusive of refixing of false ceiling wherever the changes of supply and return duct system and for replacement of existing ducts and units (iii) GI cladding shall be provided to ducts exposed to sunlight/external area.

Supply and fix and application of Acoustic Insulation having 13 mm thickness inside the duct with open cell nitrile rubber, well adhesive using manufacturer's recommendation and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation and testing of Thermal Insulation of ducts using 25 mm thickness using Closed Cell Class O Nitrile Rubber Insulation, well adhesived with aluminium foil, wrapped with 8 oz glass cloth and 2 coating of foster / equivalent coating for exposed ducting and as recommended by OEM complete and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for superior quality of Canvas connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine made powder coated supply/return air square diffusers/grills of aluminium construction for supply air inlet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install of Fire damper with actuator complete all as per OEM recommendation and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
