Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door/net with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming and synthetic paint coat of approved steel primer and paint.Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Providing and fixing 8 nos aluminium louvers of size 600mm x 600mm with iron net (1mm or more) infront of RL Block duct after dismantling the old aluminium louvers as directed by Engineer in charge at CSIR-IICB, Saltlake Campus, Kolkata - 700091

Providing and fixing Single scaffolding system on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with Bamboo centre to centre horizontal & vertical joining with coir rope and also providing working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The lavational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²
