Apply one coat of primer and two coats of Distemper paint of Premium quality, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands like Asian Paints, Shalimar or Berger where ever spefified by Engineer after thorough scrapping & cleaning and removal of old nails from the wall and fill the gaps with Birla white putty etc., including necessary scaffolding as directed by the engineer incharge.

Providing Two (2) coats of premium quality exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer of approved shade (Asian/Berger/Shalimar) to external wall surfaces, where ever specified by Engineer after thorough scrapping & cleaning and removal of old nails from the wall and fill the gaps with Birla white putty etc., complete all as directed.

Providing one (01) coat of Synthetic Enamel paint to match the existing colour of approved brand of Asian/Berger, for doors, windows,grills and staircase etc., where ever specified after scarifying the old surface and removal of old nails from the wood and fill the gaps with wood putty etc.,complete all as directed.

Providing Two (2) coats white cement wash (Hi-tech gold) of approved brand after scarifying the old surface complete all as directed.

Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600x10 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make like KAJARIA/SOMANY or its equlent approved, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., (Note : 1. Quoated rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles/CC flooring, preparation works and cost of cement & all materials etc., 2. Removal of existing door shutters safely without any damage and same as matched after completion of tile flooring including necessary Stainless steel hardware if required) complete all as directed.

Provide & fix new non skid ceramic floor tiles and wall tiles (kajaria/somany) confirming to IS 15622 in standard sizes of 10mm thick in all colours and shades over 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4, and joining with grey cement slurry @3.30 kg/sq.m including pointing in white cement fixed with pigment of matching shade after complete chipping and removing the old floor/daddo tiles and disposal of debris outside the HSL premises complete all as directed. (including cost of cement).

Supply and fix 4mm thick plain glass for existing cupboard shutters including necessary putty and teak wood beadings and providing hardware items if required. Complete all as directed.

Construction of 230mm thick Brick work for Manhole chambers, Kitchen support walls and drainage walls etc., in CM 1:6 including necessary scaffolding and cost cement complete all as directed.

Dismantling of existing damaged walls, bath tub, pedestals etc., useful material handed over to CE dept., unservicable material dispose to out side the premises complete all as directed.

Providing 25mm dia UPVC class 2 (0.4Mpa) IS:4985 concealed plumbing water lines including necessary fittings like bends, elbows, unions, required same dia valves etc., complete all as directed.

Providing 15mm dia UPVC class 2 (0.4Mpa) IS:4985 concealed plumbing water lines including necessary fittings like bends, elbows, unions, required same dia valves etc., complete all as directed.

Providing 15mm dia CPVC class 2 (0.4Mpa) IS:4985 concealed plumbing water lines including necessary fittings like bends, elbows, unions, required same dia valves etc., complete all as directed.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:6 on Brick work / concrete surfaces including scaffolding and cost of cement complete all as directed.

Providing RCC precast slabs for Kitchen slab, and drainage covers etc., including cost of labour, cement, shuttering, required reinforcement etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and Fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished machine granite slab for kitchen platforms including necessary cement mortar and providing hole for Drain board complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. Pan) like parryware, Hindware or its equivalent, specified by Engineer Representative with ISI marked solid plastic seat and lid, 5 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (Hand lever), conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including removal of old damaged EWC/IWC basin and making good the floor wherever required including cost of cement and labour complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing approved quality wash basin of size 550x445mm like parryware, Hindware or its equivalent specified by Engineer Representatie with a pair of 15mm CP brass pillar tap, CI brackets, suitable brass angle cock with wall flange, 32mm CP brass waste pipe of standsrd pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls where ever required complete all as directed

Providing and fixing of Long neck CP bib cocks for Hot & Cold water of approved ISI make complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing HEALTH FAUCET with 8mm dia, 1 meter long SS flexible tube & SS wall hook of approved ISI make complete all as directed.

Provide and fix 15mm nominal bore brass bib cock of approved ISI make complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing PTMT Soap Dish holder having length of 138mm, breadth 102mm, height of 75mm with concealed fitting arrangements of approved make complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 150mm dia shower rose with 15 or 20mm inlet including all connections and accessories of approved ISI make complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre coated, Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Roofing sheets (Size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge), 0.50 mm total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc Aluminium alloy coating AZ 150 as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 in 550 Mpa steel grade, painted with Silicon Modified Polyster 18-22 microns on top 5-8 microns Epoxy primer at bottom side of the sheet from Jindal / Tata Blue Scope / Bushan Steel .The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws @ 500MM c/c along the length of purlins and where ever specified by engineer of size (5.5X55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD /BUILTEX/ HILTI. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of End & side laps of sheet, tape sealer and end closure). complete all as directed.
