Amount

Rate(Lumpsum) per month including Wages, Other Expenses, Profit i.r.o. the job "Maintenance contract for ESP and Electrical Maintenance work of entire Ash Handling Plant for 250 MW of Unit#5 & 6 STPS for 02 years."

Optional Job Rate (may be under taken during exigency as deemed by the Controlling Officer.)

Rectification of faulty ESP fields

Replacement & refitting of ESP TR Set

All Hoppers checking during Short Shutdown of Units by opening the manhole doors and inspection from CRM Floor. If required, evacuation of ash manually by poking / hammering or any other suitable method in multiple hoppers.

Checking & repairing of CRM , GDRM & ERM rappping systems.

Replacement of CRM or ERM Shaft along with changing of total hammers set.This may include replacement of Pin wheels, changing of hammers, rapping Shafts,alignment of shock bar and anvil pad.

Checking & Replacement of Faulty ALI Probes & Controllers

Checking & Replacement of Faulty Shaft Insulators

Rectification of LT motor Base

Bearing replacement of LT motor (70KW-90KW)

Bearing replacement of LT motor (50KW-69KW)

Bearing replacement of LT motor (18KW-49KW)

Bearing replacement of LT motor (.37KW-9.3KW)
