E/M PORTION Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches,ceiling roses,pendants, regulators, socket outlets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing sub main wiring with copper/aluminium conductor stranded cable upto and including 2 run of 4 sqmm /2 run of 6 sqmm single core including earth wire from existing conduit or wooden battens including taking out unserviceable wooden gutties etc, matching with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable (1100Volts grade) drawn in and including PVC Casing caping with all fittings and accessories for one light point controlled by one switch alongwith PVC insulated cable with stranded FRLS copper conductor (green in colour) of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly including of 1. 2mm thick MS sunk terminal box suitably fixed flushed to wall and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring comprising single core ,2 Runs of 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area,FRLS multimultistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including appropriate dia. in PVC Casing Caping and its fittings complete including provision of 1X2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multimultistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth wire complete incl taking down old UNSV sub main all as specified.(Make- Finolex/KEI/Havells for Copper cable and Make- Prestoplast/Plaza for conduit and accessories). ( Note :- Extra length of cables/ wire required for connection to MCBs/DB's shall not be measured and the rate quoted by contractor for per unit shall be deemed accordingly)
