M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, top surface treated with antifungal paint set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving's n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (Un-reinforced) and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded aggregate finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protections/path and laid fair in alternate bays and including filler joints with sealing compound grade 'A' where required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts Posts embedded in natural ground (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil(or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised 3.00mm dia (minimum weigth 3Kg/Sqm) of wire and spacing 75mm x 75mm including line wires to any standards, rails and straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Line wire and bolts/nuts shall be measured and paid separetaly under relevant item of BOQ

M&L pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for cover slab of manhole/soak pit etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose.
