Cutting in earth work in hilly area by mechanical mean in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer -In- Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603. and sorting out useful/un useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of the useful materials for filling in road ways, and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect. Including all leads and lifts of material and as per direction of Engineer -In Charge.

If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost , including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades , side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in required width of road or on approved dumping sites including its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 305. All useful materials shall be sorted out and stacked along road sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lifts of materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinfocement concrete in open foundation 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand :twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed in open foundations and plinths complele as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed in open foundations and plinth complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 PCC grade and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling / carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 PCC. Grade M-10 (M-Ten) 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including the cost of form work with all leads and lifts of material to various locations through all modes of transportations and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain reinforced concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807,1202 and 1206 PCC. Grade M-15 nominal size 1:2.5:5 (One cement : two point five sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre nominal size) curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coursed rubble stone masonry (1st sort) in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement: five sand) in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1206 including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry in breast and retaining wall, revetment wall and parapets etc. for sub structure /super structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause 704.6 and 1302.5 and scaffolding etc.complete including hauling/carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx 5mm (twenty five milimetre into five millimetres) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm (twenty five milimete into twenty five millimetre in to five millimetre). Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (Three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level,watered, grarded and compacted in layers to meet requirement for subgrade construction as per technical specification clause 303. including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satifaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-I as per Technical Specification Clause 405 . (By mechanical means) including all leads and lifts of material to various location through all modes of transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme)per square on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying SDBC 25 mm (twenty five milimeter ) thick compected with 60-80 9sixty- eighty ) TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 50 tonnes hour using crushed aggregates of cpecified grading premixed with bituminiou binder VG-10 (ten) @ 5 (five) percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to acheve the desired compaction as per MORD specification clause Nom509 complete in all respect including hauling / carriage of all labour , equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer- in charge.
