PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BUILDING AT ADM AREA (BHOWALI) AND OPS AREA (LKT) AT AF STATION BHOWALI

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.02 above but except brick complete all as specified & as directed..

Taking down cement plaster cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including removing of tree/ plant girth not exc 15 cm from wall / roofing incl removing all roots,raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces & top sufaces of chajja / roof / ceiling mixed with WPC @ 3% by the weight of cement the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.(WPC shall be measured and paid separatly) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying layer of putty on wall/ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke soot moulds, moss and effeorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Primer (As a exterior Weather Proof Water Base Emulsion Paint) on surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of external surfaces of wall and applying Camouflauge Pattern of two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for subsequent coat of Camouflauge Pattern over one coat applied under above item no-09 complete all as specified and directed.
