| 9.1 | (e) Apply one coat of self-primer 1 liter of Dr. Fixit Roof seal Classic (based on acrylate PU Hybrid Elastomeric emulsion technology reinforced with Nano fibers) diluted with 500ml water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.80-10.0/Sq.mt/ liter in the SSD (Saturate Surface Dry) condition. After 3 hours of primer application, apply 1st coat of Dr.Fixit roof seal classic without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.500/liter/Sq mt/coat until all surface is covered. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90 degree to the first coat. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles o the membrane surfaces. Apply second coat of Dr Fixit roof seal classic without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.5 liter/sqmt coat to achieve total dry film thickness of 1.00mm at forced coverage at the rate of 1.00 litre/Sq.mt in 2 coats meet the exceeds the ASTM D 6083-97a standard specification. Attains a Tensile strength of ≥ 2.1 N/mm² with 45 GSM glass fiber mesh confirming to ASM D 412: Elongation at break ≥ 300% and crack bridging ability up to 2mm, Solar Reflectance Index as per ASTM E 1980-106, Air cure the coating for 7 day all as specified and directed.
