SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil, including removal of all grass vegetation, sapling, shurbs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish up to a distance of 50 metre out side the periphery of the area and keep the level 50mm below the edge of road in all locations , complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller consolidated to average thickness 75 mm or less using binder content bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix cpmplete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The bituminious mix shall be prepared in hot mix plant and transported to the site in clean vehicle and shall be laid by means of a self-propelled mechanical paver finisher with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls all as directed.

Preparing un surfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire bruses and removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire bruses for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanicalair compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen content (VG-30) and minimum 2% cement as filler by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and laid with self propelled mechanical paver fixed with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Semi Dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder contents shall be provided as per design mix.

Matrial and labour for applying 2.0 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour , T&P, cleaning the road suface of all mud and dirt, seals , oil, grease and foreign material etc for lines, arrows, letters etc, width or girth not exceeding 100 mm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Solar stud made from aluminium alloy shell and PC construction, monocrystal solar panel and rechargeable battery with view distance approximately 1000 meters, direct sunlight charging, fixed with epoxy adhesive sealing compound as per manufacturer's instriction and complete all as directed. Make : TATA BP/ Solar/Dark eye(model:DA110).
