Material & Labour for opening and dismantling compressor voltas upto 52 TR cap for repairing/maint and cleaning/servicing the serviceable parts, replacing gaskets, 'O' rings, spring, piston rings, oil seals, scraper reeds and minor spares and replacing the defective parts with new including flushing out entire system by providing pressure, reassembling and making perfect allignment with motor and testing the functions of the system complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares parts for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item no.2 to 13

Supply only Piston for Voltas upto 15 to 52TR with rings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only connecting rod with both end bearings for Voltas all as specified and directed.

Supply only cylinder liner with 'O' ring for Voltas all as specified and directed.

Supply only shaft seal assembly complete for Voltas all as specified and directed.

Supply only LP/HP Cut ou tall as specified and directed. Make : Indfoss/Danfoss

Supply only SP,COP gauge all as specified and directed. Make : Febig/Guru

Supply only OP cut out all as specified and directed. Make : Indfoss/Danfoss

Supply only thermostate expansion valve for 10 to 52 TR all as specified and directed. Make : Alco/Emersion/Danfoss

Supply only solenoid valve loading/unloading all as specified and directed. Make : Sportan/Emersion

Supply only hand shut off valve brass all as specified and directed. Make : Indfoss

Supply only gudgeon pin with cir clip all as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostat sub zero for compressor (Voltas/Blue star) all as specified and directed.

Removing the crank shaft and remetalling, grinding and polishing including both end bearings for Voltas/Blue star compressor 15 to 52 TR all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric motor 3 phase after disconnecting electric connection from foundation transportation to workshop and return back to site, opening, cleaning, insulating, varnishing heating, backing and reassembling including replacing of both end bearing and connecting in position for 15 to 20 HP all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of monoblock pump set including replacement of gland packing stud with nuts upto 3 to 7.5 HP all as specified and directed.

Taking out CT fan motor including fan after disconnecting electric connection from foundation and opening removing burnt coils, cleaning and rewiinding with super enamelled copper wire of same guage insulating, varnishing, heating backing and reassembling including replacing of both end bearings and connecting in position upto 3 HP, 3 Phase all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling compressor oil servo 68/Frezol all as specified and directed.

Supply charging Refrigerant gas, MAFRON/FLORON/R-22 gas all as specified and directed.

Taking out complete air filters from AHU and cleaning removing dust and servicing and refixing filters as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for replacement of both end bearing pillar cock including reallignment of blower greasing cleaning etc. all as specified and directed.

Leak testing by providing nitrogen gas with required pressure locating the leak in the system and rectify the leaks and vaccunising (gas filling shall be measured and paid separately) all as specified and directed.

Supply of nitrogen gas in filled/sealed returnable standard cylinder of 6 Kgs all as specified and directed.

M&L for insulation of duct wherever necessary with high density 50cm thick thermocoal/Mineral wool /Glass wool or any other improved version with chiken wire mesh and hession cloth and over all clading with aluminium foil of thickness 28 SWG in side the AHU. The duct should be totally protected from mouse/vermin etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement MNX-25 contactor all as specified and directed. Make : L&T or equivalent in list of make.

All as per item No 25 but of CGN - 25 contactor all as specified and directed. Make L&T/Schneider or equivqalent in list of make.

M&L for Auxilary contact MNX A1 all as specified and directed make : L&T or equivalent in list of make.

Supply and fix MCCB TP, 200 Amps, 36 KA front operated with rotary handle all as specified and directed.Make : L&T/Legrand or equivalent in list of make.

Supply and replacement of MCCB TP 160 Amps. 36 KA front handle operated all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/Legrand or equivalent in list of make.

Supply and replacement of MCCB TP 25 to 100 Amps 16 KA front handle operated all as specified and directed.Make : L&T/Legrand or equivalent in list of make.

Supply and replacement of cooling tower fan 'V' belt all as specified and directed.Make : Fenner or equivalent in list of make.

Supply & replacement of 'V' belt for AHU blower of size B-86 suitable upto 25 TR AHU all as specified and directed.Make : Fenner or equivalent

Supply and replacement of compressor 'V' belt suitable for voltas compressor Motor B-80 all as specified and directed. Make : Fenner or equivalent

Supply and fix LED indicator complete with bulb all as specified and directed.make : L&Tor equivalent in list of make.

Supply and fix water pressure guage 3' dia with new adapter all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of cooling PVC fills of size 600x300x15 mm thick inside cooling tower5 completed all as specified and directed.

M&L labour for taking out entire PVC cooling fills of cooling tower of any size and capacity cleaning the fills and reinstalling the same in its original position for smooth functioning of colling tower completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Air filters of AHU of size 600x600 mm size completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of central AC plant 52 TR 02 Nos at P-100 alongwith pipe lines including LT panel board with synthetic enamelled paint on ecoat of existing colour completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of central AC plant 30 TR 02 Nos at P-15 AC plant including pipe lines, pump sets, LT panels board with synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of existing colour completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of central AC plant 60 TR 03 Nos at TSK alongwith pipe lines including LT panel board with synthetic enamelled paint on ecoat of existing colour completed all as specified and directed.
