Felling trees of the girth 0.80 m to 1.30 m (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Credit for unserviceable tree roots, trunks & branches recovered from the cut trees

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Dismantling barbed wire fencing along with fencing posts, cement concrete in the damaged potions of the East & South compound wall including making rolls of barbed wires stacking of serviceable materials for refixng after completion of reconstruction of Compound wall and disposal of unserviceable materials all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Credit for the recovered barbed wtre fencing materials

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 M sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand) :

With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

With G.I. barbed wire

12 mm cement plaster of mix:

1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:
