Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Footing

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-15 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . including Providing/mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar.50mm thick.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.Red sand stone

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
