Supply , installation ,testing and commissioning of floor mounted design, auto Synchronising panel (CPRI approved) with automatic load sharing cum load depended auto start & stop (when main failure) control circuitry and switchgear suitable for 2 No DG set 500 KVA capacity, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet duly powder coated IP 54 rated compartmentalised design complete in all aspects.

The panel should have lockable doors, detachable gland plates of suitable size at the bottom/ top for cable entry, and busbar chamber with sleeved colour coded Aluminium bus bar of 2000 Amp capacity tested as per latest IEC 61439 base frame of MS channel 100mm x 40mm size , providing of the following and all other required accessories and components complete as required.

d) Multi function Digital meter with RS 485port (for DGsets)-2 nos. make : RISHAB, Schneider , HPL -SOCOMEC, L&T , AE e) Low set earth fault relay with neutral CT- 2 nos. make: L&T,ABB, siemens , schnieder f) Emergency trip switch-2 nos g) Pilot LED lamps for ACB ON ,OFF , spring charged ,Auto ,Trips, Service, Test and Alarm h) Battery charger with DC volt meter , DC ammeter , control fuse protection for both DC and AC circuit auto trickle and boost facility- 2 set. i) Phase indication lamps for Generators and load -1 set j) MCB protection for control wiring for the entire system -1 set

OUT GOING : a) 2000 Amps, 50KA, Ics= icu EDO 4 pole ACB drawout type having microprocessor release for overcurrent and short circuit ACB with communication module to hook up to PLC, microswitch for spring charged, Auto trip, Service,Test position & 6No + 6NC Auxilary switch - 01 set. Make:ABB, Siemens,Legrand b) LED Synchronoscope – 01 Nos, 3 Nos of 96 × 42mm voltmeter & 3 nos frequency meter Make: RISHAB, L&T Elmeasure , Schneider-Conzerv,BULEK,AE c) Multi function Digital meter with RS 458 port -1 nos. Make: RISHAB, L&T Elmeasure , Schneider-Conzerv,BULEK,AE The following tests to be carried out I) Mechanical check of all switch gears ii) Electrically operation test of switch gear iii) High voltage test 2.5 KV for 60 Sec iv) Megger test 1000 Volts v) Powder coated painting with polyurethane coating, total thickness of painting shall be minimum- 60 micron

Notes:- 1. The supplier should have familiar of DG synchronising panel with automatic load connect and load sharing features 2. The removal of panel shall not affect the functioning of either of the DG Sets and power connections and makeshift arrangements for non disruption of power shall be provided by the contractor till commissioning of the new panel at no extra cost. 3. The shut down shall be provided only for connecting disconnecting of cables and no reasons other than the same shall be entertained. 4. The panel shall be CPRI certified and shall cover all aspects of synchronising of DG Sets and load sharing shall be covered upto the maximum potential specifications of the DG Sets 500 kVA. 5. Copper control cable between DG Set, panel & DG Sets is to be included. Note The Bidder to inspect the DG Set for certaining need for any other item required for successful synchronising and load sharing.

Supply and fixing battery 12 Volts 180 AH suitable for starting DG Sets upto 500 kVA connected in series to deliver 24 volts incl making necessary connections and clamps incl all accessories.

Supply and fixing in power house trenches, LT armoured cable of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core incl connecting to synchronising panel and DG Set using all suitable accessories complete as directed.
