ROOF TREATMENT AND ALLIED WORK IN OFFR ENCLAVE AND OP AND NP AND RP AND MES AREA AT AF STN HALWARA

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness and stripping out/ taking down old existing tarfelt, water proofing membrane, any type from roof including plaster/screed bed, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris and disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Debris shall be disposed off outside AF land by contractor under his own arrangement as per Municipal Corporation/State Govt instructions and Demolition of concrete over RCC roof, if any below roof treatment, shall be measured seperately)

Material and Labour for removing old APP membrane and Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and Labour for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing 50mm thick cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in padding to be provided for slope etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC over cleaned concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatment with mineral/ plain finish to roof, at any height using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 306 Kg per Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven ployster matt weighing not less than 150 gms per Sqm with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 ltr/ sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 100 mm at the side on traverse direction and 150 mm at the ends on longitudinal direction and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm below APP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25 X 25 X 22 cm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/roof with grey cement and pigments over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of roof top surfaces providing and applying UV stable single component smart care damp proof ultra in a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proffing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflective index of 106 on top of concrete roof surfaces in three coat including self primer at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 and coverage @ 1ltr/1Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron, the vital physcial and chemical parameter shall be as under min elongation at breck of 350%, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bras, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm at 650 microns. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in-charge/consultant and as per manufacturer instructions.
