S&F, factory made 2nd class 35mm thick hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair steel windows/ ventilator with side hung shutters incl box type hing. With glazing bars and steel peg stay. Each window shutter is to be fitted with 1 steel handle 100mm long casted out of MS Z section and two number of mild steel barrel tower bolts 150mm long on suitable size MS flat.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, 150mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, incl plastering and leaping (wheather full thickness is removed or only part there of)

Dismantling of brick tiles laid on mud mortar and jointed and pointed in any cement mortar Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering on terrace, sides of parapet in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound , finished even and fair.(Note water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under other item.

M&L, cleaning the new plastered surfaces with wire brushes, brooms etc and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm consisting of 3/4 part bitumen of grade 85/25 and 1/4 part of kerosene oil.

M&L, providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) land on after applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per Sqm by forced application Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L, applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per sqm with forced application above APP based polymeric membrance . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying a two coats of water proofing paint with Aluminium finish over coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 on roof Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sch 'A' sec-II

Taking down carefully the point wiring (light, Fan, socket or power) complete, (incl fittings such as switches, sockets any type, ceiling roses, pandents, light fittings, etc for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls floors etc. all as specified.

Taking down Ceiling fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades from fan and keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision sutiable of new down rod for ceiling fans,of cable from celling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as directed.

M &L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulted FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including 20mm dia PVC rigid non metallic conduit with all accessories such as internal bend end caps etc complete concealed in walls/ceiling/roof/etc including provision of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor fabricated steel terminal box made out of MS sheet concealed in walls with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover, ISI marked with chromium plated screws and cup washers for housing the sockets outlets, fan regulator etc incl with cutting of chases for conduit and sinking of boxes all as specified, incl making good surface with exiting colour all as specified and as directed for the following :-

Excavation in trenches soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of pipes/cables etc getting out and bottom surface to required gradient complete all as directed & specified

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed .

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Make:- Havells/Crompton/Bajaj/ Khaitan or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for making opening for exhaust fan of size 300mm dia by cutting of wall of any specification including finishing surface and rendering complete in cement mortar 1:4 10mm thick including making good to all disturbed surfaces and matching the same with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
