Plastering exterior walls with CM 1:4, 12mm thick, using quarry sand including cost of all materials and labour, conveyance of materials, watering, curing etc. complete

Roofing:-

Dismantling roofing including Asbestos sheet & GI Sheet,Ridges,hips,velleys,and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 100 metres.

Supply and fixing of MS Purlins 16 guage Square pipe (1.5"x3/4") on Existing Round GI Pipe of Trusses with spacing up to 0.75 mtr centre to centre

Applying 2 coat Primer with 2 coat Enamel for the existing structure work of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces)

Providing and fixing 0.50mm Trafford sheet With Ridges in prepainted GI of any approved brand and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50mm - 1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2. Pathy shall also be included in the works. The proposed car porch , extension from store,servicing area and newly constructed mechanical lab area and generator room etc shall also be roofed. Rate inclusive of material and labour.

After laying the new sheet the gap between the sheet and the wall should be plastered with cement and closed cleanly.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:(Two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm)

PVC TKT Ceiling:- Providing and fixing in position ceiling with PVC TKT of 10mm thickness over frame works of standard size, finishing all as per Indian standard specification, cut outs shall be made for lights, AC ducts and grills , step and edge finishing etc all as per requirements.

Providing Thermocoal Panel (size:- 3/4"x20"x50").above the TKT fallceiling work to fix adhessive.Including material and labour cost etc.

Flooring:-

TILE FOR INTERIOR FLOORING:Supplying and fixing best quality vitrified tiles including watering curing etc complete after a layer of tile adhesive. Tile code :Glazed Vitrified Tiles of Cera or any other equivalent. Size 600mmx600mm or higher

ESD Flooring : Supplying and fixing ESD tiles of any approved manufacturer (Size:- 2' x 2' )Same as per used in CPG clean room.

TILE FOR CORRIDORS: Supplying and fixing best quality vitrified tiles including watering curing etc complete after a layer of tile adhesive. Tile code :Polished Vitrified Tiles 300 X 1200 mm of cera or equivalent.

Anti skid tiles for toilet (60x60cm size).Flooring with approved quality antiskid ceramic tiles of colour as specified in the drawing shall be used in CM 1:3 12mm thick and cement slurry including cost of all materials, labour, all corner/border works as per architect's design, and finishing with joint filler etc. complete in toilets. rate for removing the existing tiles shall also be included. Dadoing walls of toilets to height of 2.1m hieght with glazed tiles of approved make and colour over 12cm thick CM 1:3 and cement slurry, and filling joints with apropriate joint fillers according to the manufacturer's specifications. Providing and fixing vertical blinds of reputed make with fade resistant polymer having suitable coating on exterior, including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per instructions of the Engineer-incharge and design/ color to be also approved by Engineer-incharge .

Supplying at site of work, carrying , laying, jointing and fixing in position of white earthen ware flat back type angular lipped urinals of 430x230x350mm with high level flusing tank of 5 litre capacity connected to the urinals, tank, connecting pipes. Rate inclusive of all works etc complete.

Supplying at site of work, carrying , laying, jointing and fixing in position of wall mounted Wc's with all fittings of approved quality and make with suitable flushing cistern , overflow arrangements with specials, health faucet etc complete.
