M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm X60cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 3. The cost of taking down old unsv earthing with all its accessories is deemed to be included in the unit price.

Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various sizes consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Anti - Track Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars, checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Repair/overhauling of LT air circuit breaker of any size and make and capacity and replacement of minor items like springs, washers, bolts and nuts and other insulating materials including calibration and testing of control and protection devices of equipments in the following steps: (i) Disconnect and taking out the breaker after taking power shut down of the respective panel and check for defects and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint in inner campartment of panel. (ii) Overhauling/ servicing the ACB by opening all parts and lubricating with petrolium jelly and moving parts with grease etc as per the requirement. (iii) Re-assemble the ACB complete and install to its original position and test and commission the breaker for both tripping mechanism and closing mechanism for proper functioning of the breaker all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

S & F LED indicating Lamps for R, Y, B phases complete including taking down ols U/S lamp as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for 25x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

The following are the items are to be included. Note for Item No 8 & 9 :- The cost of disconnection of existing cable and re-connecting with new panel is deemed to be included in the unit price.

Material and labour for removing/scraping the paint of FPB / LT Panel by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing/scraping the paint of centrifugal Pump set of any capacity by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix SMPS based battery charger with output of 12V, Voltage step down (230/12 v), current Max 10A and automatic tickle & boost charging of charging voltage 13.6 V - 14.3V, with over and under Voltage protection, Input voltage variation range 170-260V, with charging indication of power ON, Battery Charging and Battery Full including removal of existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L testing of Earth resistance at earthing various location using Earth tester complete all as specified. Note - The cost of usage of the testing apparatus is deemed to be included in the unit rate. The conntractor shall submit the test report in a prescribed format as suggested by Engr in charge.
