Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

Excavating in soft/ loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cubic meter , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm. completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,expanded metal, any type and any description fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.15mm dia wire and any size of mesh size (pitch of wire) as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers etc. conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm long with dia of shank 11 to 15 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Angle iron fencing posts and struts cut indepently and embedding in concrete including cutting tops to shape as directed and drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.inluding flat iron (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured) including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drain of width not exc 1.5m and depth upto 1.5m including cleaning the grass, bushes mules silts manually from the bottom and sides, and up to 1 Mtr to the both sides at the top of the drain including removal of the sludge/weeds/grass etc. out of MOD land to a place as marked by the local adminstration complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channels & drains including forming the finished drain using extra cement using forms, mould etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth ; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out . all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil as obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter height above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Material & labour for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F endora tile good grip series 300X300X8-10mm thick consinehas of colour set in neet cement slury on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed with pigment complet all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as on walls finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts, haunching etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of trellis work(Jafari)/Fibre sheeting work in walls including taking as under of batterns in trellies (post and rails measured seperately)

M&L 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified.

S&F Steel tubular section of any size and shape including special shaped washer fixing in any position etc.complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MS work as in angle, joist, channel or tee sections fixed independently,without connecting plates (Fe-290 Gde- E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix pre painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

All as per item No 44 above but plain sheet as in ridge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for retrofitting by using hilti hammer drill with carbide drill bit, Chomical dispensing gun for inserting RE-500V3 Chemical upto minimum depth of (10X dia of bar) as in chajah, beam, lintel, columns slab and parapet at any height Before inserting an an anchor/bar, hole must be free from dust debris, water ice and oil grease etc by using Dia of bar 10mm complete all as per manufacture instructions. Note:- (i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separtely. (ii) Rates are inclusive of from work shuttering and safely measures.

All as per item no. 46 above but dia of bar 12mm

Material & labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs /shelves/ chajjas etc. & rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified
