Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting width and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete according to the MORD Technical Specification Section 300 and 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and shingle measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful material such as stones shungle, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 1372.52 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractors running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to all cases as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in - Charge. Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drains and foundation of all other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement, including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawings, including spreading the embankment material with motor –Grader in successive layers of 200mm (two hundred millimeter) uniform thickness, and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) Tonne static weight to meet the requirements of table 300.1 & 300.2 as per MORD technical specification section 300,1600 and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providng and laying 30mm ( thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 ( one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading - II using curshed aggregate 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specificed grading premixed with bituminous binder VG- 10 (Viscosity grade -ten) at the rate of 5.5% (five point five percent) of mix weight and using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2 % (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smoth three alignment roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller and vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 ( twelve to fifteen) tonne with type pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa ( Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 ( six to eight) tonne smoth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MoRTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
