Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Hand packing of broken stone ( any thickness) at back of the retaining wall etc and raising and lowering to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed on walls or floors complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick Readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. for thickness above 15mm, it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days- 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 kg/cum. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 10 mtr height, all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, filling hollow of frame with plain cement concrete as directed
