Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of brick work or Porbandar type stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and as directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using Porbandar stone obtained from demolition complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as in posts and struts (angle) in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching of wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Framed work (Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, posts, braces, rafters, purlins etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing as in repair complete complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge.

MS screw bolts (Machine made) length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 11 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing mesh size or type 75mm X 75mm with 4mm dia wire of minimum weight 2.9Kg/Sqm incl line wire and to any type of standard rails standard bolts etc incl binding wire (if minimum weight is not available then contractor has to provide next higher weight without extra cost) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc incl providing binding wire, including taking down old chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry bedded in any mortar complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite machine cut, in skirting/dado door window sill, jambs etc laid over cement screed (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.
