Outsourcing of Data entry operator/Typist for office work in office hours daily at offices by trained computer operators with good skill in computer typing and knowledge of English language for data entry, maintaining and updating of file system, printing of drawing, operating photocopier/Fax machine, receiving/ dispatching of office dak duly entering in register etc. per day deploying data entry opeartor in proper uniform specifying name on uniform complete all as specified in particular specifications and as directed by officer-in-Charge for GE(I)(CG) office in Kochi. Note : The Unit Rate quoted shall be for one Data entry operator/Typist per day.

Outsourcing of multitask services/Peon by deploying Peon/multitask personel for carrying of files, dak, other office documents as and when required from office to office and other date to date office multi tasks assigned by officials, persons in proper uniform complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge for GE(I)(CG) office in Kochi. Note : The Unit Rate quoted shall be for one multitask services/Peon per day.

Outsourcing of Safaiwala for daily cleaning, sweeping, dusting and mopping of office complex, store room including toilet, passages etc. such as floor, ceiling including door/window panes, corridors, office furnitures, glass, grills/ guards, bar/ mosquito proofing jali, name plates, office rooms, disinfection of rooms, re-arranging of furniture etc after cleaning including cleaning of office waste/dust bins using equipments/cleaning agents(equipments/cleaning agents will be provided by department) and cleaning of latrins/toilet/wash rooms (ladies /gents) including wash hand basin, urinals, WCs, sinks etc complete with all toilet cleaners, metal/ plastic/ wooden /glass cleaner etc. and depositing all debris/ garbage/ waste material obtained from above to the near by main garbage pits of Muncipal Garbage/ MES depositing points by deploying safaiwala including internal conservancy in proper uniform as directed by Officer in Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge:- Note : (i) The Unit Rate quoted shall be for one Safaiwala per day. (ii) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of equipments/cleaning agents which will be provided by department free of cost.
