Comprehensive Maintenance of LT Services and street lights of MH Dehradun under GE Dehradun

Providing services for daily repair/ maintenance and attending all LT and internal complaints incl Geyser etc or any other electric equipment related complaints through telephone or person or detailment by JE/MCM in MH Area (MH and Beacher Road MD) with one Electrician per shift, (3 shifts per day each shift of 8 hours) round the clock including sunday & holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over between contractor and Department, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 01 here-in-before but for one Elect (mate) per shift, 3 shifts per day (each shift of 8 hours) including sunday & holidays to assist the electrician as given above all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing services for daily repair/ maintenance and attending street light related complaints or any other type of complaint through telephone or person or detailment by JE/MCM in Zone A (Mall Road, Young Road, NC Road and 501 FSEG, Beacher Road OTM & MD) with two Electrician (Mate) per shift, (General shift only) (Each Shift of 8 hrs) including sunday & holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over between contractor and Department, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No 3.00 here in above but for Zone B and MH area (Anarwala Area, Supply Depot Area MH Area) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only of Uniform in blue colour ie trouser and shirt of same cloth duly stitched with front two pockets written "MES" and GE Dehradun" complete as per the size of the staff employed or as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make of cloth:- Reymond/JCT/Gawalior

Supply only of industrial leather shoes with shock proof soul, nylon laces complete per the size of the staff employed or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only of Socks cotton blue colour per the size of the staff employed or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for Serial item No 1 to 4:- (for the repair and maintenance) (a) The Elect(SK) employed shall have ITI certificate from Gov recognised institute with Min 04 yr experience to repair and maint of LT services, LT Overhead line, internal wiring, Geyser, street lights and Mate Elect/FGM shall have ITI certificate from Gov recognised institute. (b) The item rate includes reliever for Sunday holiday and leave as per labour law, EPF,ESI, Bonus, water charges, service tax , insurance, CP & Tools as stated below. No extra payment shall be made on account of that. (c) The item rate incl conveyance required to attend the day to day complaints, no separate vehicle shall be provided by the department. (d) Contractor shall provide One set of spanner (one side open jaw and other side ring from 6 to 32), Goti set 01, one adjustable spanner, ladder, safety gloves, safety belt, discharge rod, LT megger etc in each Installation/complaint cell and each electrician/Mate Electrian shall be equiped with one cutting plier, screw driver tester, test lamp etc with out any extra cost.

Supply only of LED light fitting driver suitable for 60/72 watts fittings as per sample complete. Make:- Havells/Crompton/Philips

Supply only of surge protection device 10 KV 240 Volts suitable for LED street light fitting complete Make:- HPL/Crompton/Philips

Supply only in repair of power contactors 4 pole 80 Amps AC3 in control of timer etc complete Make:- L&T/BCH/Legrand

Supply only of coil for contactor 40 Amps to 80 Amps as per existing sample complete

Supply only of timer astronomical digital type complete Make:- L&T/Legrand/Havells

Supply only GI bracket made out of 40 mm GI pipe medium grade bend for fabrication to shape as required length of pipe 1.2 mtr with necessary fixing arrangement by means of MS clamps 02 Nos not less than 50x6 mm MS flat duly painted, nuts, bolts and washer complete all as directed. Make TATA/JINDAL/Swastik.

Supply only Street light fitting LED type 60 W of die-cast IP 66 aluminium housing, 60 watt LED 6000K lense type and toughened glass having separate surge protector 10 KV, efficiency of minimum 100 lumens/watt, suitble for bracket of min 40 mm dia complete with all accessories all as directed complete. Make: Havells/Crompton/Philips

Supply only of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable complete all as directed.
