Providing services for attending all types of day to day complaints of maintenance, repair, replacement of unserviceable worn out spare parts, overhauling including soldering, spraying, chemical cleaning with detergent, leak detection by high pressure nitrogen gas and repairing, charging fresh refrigerant, dismantling, reassembling and periodical services in respect of all make, work & type of cooling appliances Air Conditioners (window type, split type, cassette type and ductable type), Water cooler, Refrigerator or Deep freezer installed at various locations in Ambala Cantt area by providing skilled qualified refrigerator mechanic cum electrician with helper per day alongwith required tools/ equipments/ machine/test kits/gas filling gauge, gas charging adopter, gas charging valve, drill machine with drill bit, allen key set, ladders, ropes, clamp meter, brazing rod, butane gas cylinder, tape roll, vacuum pump, suction discharge valve, washing pump, spanner set, copper tube cutter, flaring tool & other instruments which are required for maintenance, repair and to make the equipment functional and for keeping all equipments in perfectly clean, tidy and functional condition in all times and fixing the new compressor in original position and testing the same including supply and charging Refrigerant gas and fixing copper tube, Capilary, over load relay, starting relay, filter and put in working condition, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The complaints record to be maintained on the complaint register & complaint slips all as directed.

The complaints record to be maintained on the complaint register & complaint slips all as directed.

Note for the items in Sr No 1 & 2 (i) Cost of spares including refrigerent for charging and rewinding /replacement of condensor fan motors,compressor,blower fan etc if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) The Unit Rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to be included for transportation charge, replacement of filter, cleaning of condenser,Nuts & bolts, making necessary connection and testing complete. (iii) Fixing of items Srl No. 3 to 144 here-in-after including disconnectioing, dismantling of unserviceable items shall be inclusive in the rates of item Srl No 1.00 and 2.00 here-in-before and no separate payment shall be admissible on this account. (iv) In case of multiple complaints to be attended on daily basis, the contractor shall be liable to deploy adequate resources and manpower to attend the complaints in specified time frame failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be affected from the due payments of the contractor. Quoted rate shall be deemed to included. (v) The scope of work cover all complaints received from units will be lodged/docketed/attended/completed. The completion will be rendered on complaint register as well as on docket. The same shall be produced at the time of demand of payment.

Taking out the Water Cooler Tank from water cooler 150/40 ltrs capacity & repair the tank with brazing welding etc to stop the leakage of tank incl replacement of glass wool tarpaulin sheet etc. Repair to cooling coil, refixing in original position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Scraping & removing the existing paint from old steel surfaces of water coolers capacity 150 /40 Ltrs by rubbing, preparing the surface smooth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray gun machine of colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of 22 guage MS sheet of water cooler, capacity 150/40 ltrs, including nut, bolts, screws, welding if required, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Taking down voltage stabilizer upto 5 KVA capacity of any make 220 volt for carrying out checking, overhauling including supply and replacement of the under mentioned defective parts of identical size and capacity complete with testing on load complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of angle iron stand for desert cooler/window AC made out of angle iron 40x40x5mm of required size with four legs and set of four angle for desert cooler for motor support with angle rubber, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Marerial and labour for shifting of AC's any type/capacity from any height & location and refix the same on another location after making necessary cutting on wall/roof/window/glass/grills as per requirement of users, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Necessary insulation for copper tubing,gas filling,ply work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item)

Material & Labour one coat painting with synthetic enamel paint on the body of window type AC/Split type AC outer body unit capacity 1.5/2 TR of any make and capacity with colour as per existing at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of PCB of Indoor/Outdoor units of split AC's of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton including taking down, repair work, replacement of worn out spare parts, testing, refixing at site as per exsiting and re-testing upto complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed ,multi standard copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated earth continuity copper conductor cable drawn through and inculding suitable size of PVC concealed conduit with all necesary accessories such as bends, tees, junctions boxes, elbows etc complete with all in coming and out going cable connections complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC conduit with all necessary accessories will be measured as one unit length).

Disconnecting electric connection from defective blower motor and taking out from window type/ split AC outdoor unit capacity 1.5/2 TR of existing make and transporting to store yard of Refg AC Section, then to be transported to contractors workshop after getting the gate pass from Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 1/6 to 1/8 HP double shaft blower motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding wire including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting back to the location from where it was disconnected and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of defective wiring of indoor/ outdoor unit, PCB, visual eye damp plates, unserviceable cordless electronic remote control and fixing the new wiring, cordless electronic remote control, PCB, visual eye damp plate in place of damaged items of split AC of capacity 1.5 TR/ 2TR including matching the existing system all as specified and as directed. Make of AC & remote: Carrier/ LG/ Hi series/ Samsung.

Dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 180 watt single phase motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding wire including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting back to the location from where it was disconnected and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 279700.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
