Each 1 4 Sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor drawn through and including 20 mm dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories ,fixed to walls / roofs / floors etc., with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor, all as specified including dismantling unserviceable sub main wiring including accessories. RM 20 Note : Two runs of copper conductor and one run of earth copper conductor shall be measured as one length. 6 Supply and fixing factory-made epoxy powder coated distribution board SPN 8 ways double door with acrylic top cover (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts complete all as specified & directed. Each 1 7 Supply and fixing MCB single pole 240 volt C curve 10 KA 5 to 32 Amps capacity all as specified and directed incl taking down old one. Each 5 8 Supply and fixing MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt 'C' curve 10 KA 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed incl taking down old one. Each 1 9 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cum 60 10 Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Cum 35 11 Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point complete all as specified and directed. Cum 30 12 Material and labour for dry river bed sand filling in trenches for cable cushioning below and above the cable complete all as directed by Eng- in -charge. Cum 25 13 M/L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified1000 per nos 2.60 14 Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate elect rode 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm size as earthing lead by means of soldering/brazing and bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore up to test point 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:2:4 type BI, RCC cover with suitable handle, earth pit filled with ground enhancing material i.e. mixture of copper sulphate, magnesia sulphate, graphite power etc mixed in equal quantity all around earth plate up to 150 cm and filled with vegetable soil above GEM up to ground level earth work in any type of soil all as required and directed including testing on completion. RM 10 16 Supply, laying, jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole/floor or in air or passing through pipes /ducts / road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 16 sqmm ISI marked( IS - 7098 Part-1) and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. RM 80 17 Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of isolation Transformer 5 KVA, single phase ,50 Hz,indoor type copper wound ,air cooled ,class of insulation A, metallic body coated designed for input voltage range 240 V,+-5% and output voltage range 240,+-5% with ratio of 1:1 efficiency more than 95% potential difference neutral to earth less than on volt with all standard fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
