Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Coloured anodised aluminium frames for door, window and ventilator and glazing partition extrusion section of Jindal/ Hindalco as per approved shade for door, window ,ventilator and partition with extruted built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 and IS:1285 anodised transparent or dyed to require shade accordingly to IS:1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) fixed with raw plugs and screws or with fixing clips , necessary filling up of gaps and junctions at top , bottom and sides with required with PVC / neoprene filles etcetra aluminium section shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium, snap beeding for glazing/ panelling C.P. brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per approved specifications, drawing and design including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
