RequiredKMC Registration certificate of the Gynecologist Doctors. Self Declaration of the Gynecologist Doctors confirming the association with the Bidder.

RequiredThe Bidder should be registered as a legal entity such as company registered under Companies Act 1956/2013 or Societies Registration Act or proprietorship or Partnership or LLP or an equivalent law applicable in the state for a minimum of 2 years as on date of bid submission.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

The bidder should have carried out individually or in association with any NGO/ CSR Activities related to Menstrual Hygiene Training Services in any State Govt. / Central Govt. Departments/ Boards/ Govt. Organizations/ Public Sector Units in the last 3 financial years (FY 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023- 24).

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder should be registered with ESI & EPF as on date of tender submission.

Others -- Relevant documents to be uploaded.

The Bidder should have at least 2 Gynecologist Doctors working with the agency.

Others -- Relevant documents to be uploaded.

The Bidder Should have at least qualified 10 Women Nursing Staff Working with the Bidder.

Others -- Relevant documents to be uploaded.

Methodology and Approach for overall implementation of project. A presentation in the form of colour printout should be submitted along with the bid.

Financial Status

The bidder shall have a minimum Average Financial turnover of Rs. 9.44 crores in last three financial years duly attested by CA (FY 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-24).
