Demolition and taking out APP membrane from roof treatment over RCC roof slab and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in PCC padding over roof slab and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 litres complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cleaning repairing, etc. shall be measured separately.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc cepacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc incl. writing date of cleaning with paint on tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for platforms / raising of platforms of water tanks on roof, as in benching / coping, apex stone bed plates, over the level difference in roofs / walls, kerbs etc including finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1: 4, on fair faces of concrete surfaces of roof slab / PCC padding, including mixing of WPC as per the manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for applying cold bituminous primer on plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg / sqm as per IS 3384 and laying APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified membrane 3mm thick (weight not less than 3.5 kg / sqm with reinforced non woven polyester mat as core reinforcing media suitably finished with mineral laid on top with 100mm side overlap and 100mm width overlap sealing all round as per manufacturer instruction complete after picking sweeping wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete all as specified as directed .The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overap sealed and finished neatcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid WPC

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc fixed on wall / floor complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc fixed on wall / floor complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc fixed on wall / floor complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, laid in floor or fixed to walls, ceilings etc. with fittings and fixures including cleaning old pipe, cutting, threading complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, laid in floor or fixed to walls, ceilings etc. with fittings and fixures including cleaning old pipe, cutting, threading etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 25mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, laid in floor or fixed to walls, ceilings etc. with fittings and fixures including cleaning old pipe, cutting, threading etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litre capacity tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, including all fitting such as connection, nipple etc and dismantling the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun metal gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & anti-fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfacestwo coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old existing treatment surfaces on wall and applying one coat of of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint (100 % acrylic) over a coat of primer including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing treated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting (putty) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing of plastered width / girth exceeding 15 cm & n exc 30 cm and making good with 15 mm rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) type C1 solid building blocks exc 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
