Part -A (Road work)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 50 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3

Carriage of material from quarry / crusher to work site including loading, unloading and stacking all complete. Earth, Sand, Lime, Morrum manure or sludge For 5 Km.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401. For Grading III Material

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate note xceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to beas pertable 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10M paat 7days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared subbase, with 43 grade cement or anyother type as per Clause 602.2.2M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming toI S:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.5cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed Side Form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 150micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for14- days, using water finishing to line sand grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccumde watering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
