REPAIR TO LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-1029/257) AND LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL SINGLE DOOR AND ITS PAINTING FOR PRC, SRC AND OTHER UNTS AT GE RAMGARH CANTT

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029/257): Removel of old broken/damaged Leg of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 1mm CRCA sheet of commercial grade.The new leg shall be fabricated to a rectangular box profile of dimensions 75mm x 600mm and 100mm high as shown on drawing. The 1mm CRCA sheet will be precisely cut and bent using a press machine to form a hollow box section of the leg. The new leg must be welded securely to the existing Locker frame using MIG welding/ spot welding technique.All weld beads will be grounded smoothly to a clean finish. Complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removel of old brokrn/damaged 03 way locking machenism system of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of heavy-duty zinc alloy or as per Engr-in-charge. The vertical rods that move up and down from the lock body to the locker top and bottom should be made of a suitable diameter GI rod. The GI rods are cut to the precise length required for the top and bottom locking points. Locking machanism box should be made of 1mm CRCA sheet.The entire assembly is aligned carefully to ensure the rods move smoothly without any friction. The rods must engage fully with the top, bottom, and side frame holes for the lock to function correctly. Any exposed screws or parts are tightened, and a lubricant is applied to the moving parts for longevity. complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removel of existing broken/damaged Door of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 1mm CRCA sheet of commercial grade.The size of door as per shown on drawing. The 1mm CRCA sheet will be precisely cut and bent using a press brake machine to form the door. The new door must be fixed with providing 03 nos of L-shape hinge as per drawing The door shall be made using MIG welding/spot welding technique.All weld beads shall be grounded smoothly to a clean finish. Complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removel of existing broken/damaged shelf of Locker Bed side steel with new one made out of 1mm CRCA sheet of commercial grade.The size of shelf as per shown on drawing. The 1mm CRCA sheet will be precisely cut and bent using a press brake machine to form the door. The new shelf must be fixed with locker body using MIG welding/spot welding technique or as per Engr-in-charge.All weld beads shall be grounded smoothly to a clean finish. Complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removel of the old, damaged handle from the locker door and install a new handle that matches the required dimensions 125mm long. The finish must be a bright, polished chrome to match the original look. The plating should be of good quality, free from blemishes, scratches, or flaking., complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of old broken/damaged L- shape hinge medium weight (03 Nos in each shutter) of Locker Bed Side steel and install new one L- shape hinge medium weight as per shown on drawing including fixing of necessary accessories & spot welding as required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removel of old broken/ damaged hanging rod/pipe with end bracket of Locker bed side steel and fixed new one 02 Nos high-quality end brackets by using MIG welding/spot welding technique and also provide a new one 20 mm dia stainless steel hanging rod/pipe of locker bed side steel. complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of a damaged, non-functional, or old 50mm almirah lock from locker without damaging other parts and install a new 06 lever 50mm brass lock that provides reliable security and smooth operation. The lock should come with a minimum of 02 Stainless Steel keys. Make- Godrej, Harrison, Link Locks, or equivelent. A light lubricant should be applied to the lock mechanism to ensure long-term smooth operation. complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking out of existing distorted or bent leg from Locker Bed side steel, and repair the existing Locker leg restoring its structural integrity.​The repair shall involve a combination of denting to reshape the metal and welding to reinforce any cracked or weakened joints. including fixing arrangement and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing dilocated 03 way locking device of Locker Bed side steel and and repair the existing Locker 03 way locking device restoring its structural integrity.​The repair shall involve a combination of denting to reshape the metal and welding to reinforce any cracked or weakened joints. including fixing arrangement and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
