SUB ESTIMATE NO. - I : Desilting of River Sal from Chainage 0.000 kms (near the Konkan Railway Station, Verna) to 9.400 kms (opposite District Hospital Margao). Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, clay, silt, gravel, moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary or disintegrated rock, weathered, fissured/shattered decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any appr. method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc . incl. setting out cont. of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and disposing of the surplus excavated/rock as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. for a lead of 50 mts and all lifts etc. as specified and directed etc. all complete.
Transportation and Carriage of materials (Manure or sludge or earth) by tipper truck including loading, unloading and stacking for a lead up to 3.00kms all inclusive and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however, only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001).
Sub estimate -II: Construction of storage structures and providing aerators at Chainage 9.900 kms near fish market Margao and at Chainage 12.400 kms at Khareband. Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, clay, silt, gravel, moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary or disintegrated rock, weathered, fissured/ shattered decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc . including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom & back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of the surplus excavated soil/rock as directed by the Engineer in charge etc. within 50 m lead and for all and lifts etc. as specified and directed etc. all complete.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) c) In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level .
Centering& shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports
Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
Providing and fixing PVC water seal in construction joints as per design and drawing shall withstand the pressure to the tune of 5kg/cm2 of approved quality and confirming to relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided the normal width shall not be less than 305mm and thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.0mm and shall withstand minimum hydrostatic pressure of 30mm of water, including the cost of all materials, labourers, tools & plant required in the operation of above work and including the incidentials involved as per specifications, drawing and directives of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia. G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc.all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc all complete.
Providing & laying stone rip rap for talus with basaltic stones 60% of which shall comprises stones not less than 0.0425cum(1.50cft) in size each & remaining 40% and comprising well rubble not below the size of 0.0142 cum(1/2cft) includimg the cost of convenience of all materials,spreading and hand packing,wedging etc. for all leads etc. as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 meters) and planted in position ready for driving: c) Above 3.50meters upto 5.00 meters long pile

Designing, Supplying, fixing and commissioning steel welded stop lock gates for the bhandara in built up sections, stresses find frame work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position applying 2 coats of primary red lead paint for all the exposed surface along with the built up section. The welding of joint and other section should be continuously machine welded in full length and thickness ranging from 6mm to l0 mm wld size with a tolerances for open dimensions and machining with lifting hooks and as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of transportation from the fabrication site to the work site and hoisting & fixing in position including the T shape rubber since as per relevant IS & as per drawing approved by Engineer in-charge as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Designing, Supplying & Commissioning steel welded monorail lifting arrangement comprising of ISMB 300, ISMC 250, ISMB 400 to form a structure capable of carrying a load of 8 tonnes capacity of bhandarae gates as per drawing and detailing approved by Engineer in-charge. The monorail arrangement capable of carrying the load of electrically operated lifting device of capacity 5 tonnes with 2x2.50 tonnes lifting a hooks, 12mts high lift having two ropes drum having two falls from each drum capable of lifting vertically and traverse laterally on the monorail to the banks and two nos of electrically operated hoist for operation of lock gates including panel board, cable and other allied electrical fixtures. All the sections are to be machine welded, revetted wherever required as shown. the monorail arrangement should be fixed to the base plate of designed requisite thickness duly anchored in to the column with foundation bolts of 20mm including cost of transportation from the fabrication site to the worksite & hoisting and fixing in position and testing the lifting arrangement such as cranes,.Sq.m all etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Designing, supplying, Testing fixing and commissioning electrically operated lifting device of capacity of 5 tonnes lifting hooks, 12 mt high lift having 2 ropes drums having falls from each drum capable of lifting vertically and traverse laterally on the monorail to the banks and two nos of electrically operated hoist for operation of lock gates including panel board, cable and other allied electrical fixtures all complete as per the drawing approved by Engineer in Charge and as directed by the Engineer in charge
Providing, fixing testing and commissioning of "KOEL" or equivelent 82.5 KVA3 phase Silent diesel generating set with latest CPCB norms acoustic enclosure , radiator cooled,diesel engine developing 102 BHP at 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories coupled to " requsite alternator rated at 82.5KVA at 415 Volts, mounted on base frame along with AMF- A type control panel complete having fuel tank of requied capacity with manual control panel and battery etc complete & as directed by Engineer-in - charge .

Mooring : 12mm Nylon Rope with Fixing Accessories 10. LT Panel Suitable for the Aerator Motor. 11. 1.1 KV 2R x 3C x 16 mm2 AYFY Cable of required Length The bidder is expected to collect water samples in the summer month and test for its quality and equipment design & layout which is to be vetted by authorized institute or any other institute as approved by the department. etc. all complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge.excluding GST extra.
