Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, bell, bell push etc and removing material for taking credit (credit for material should be made as per condition separately).

Point wiring of one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible cable FRLS with proper color coding and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multistranded cable (green color) as earth lead in and including concealed non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade size 20 mm dia or higher with all fittings (ISI Marked) controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box for Piano type wiring or metal flush box for modular wiring of required size & as directed & 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for piano type wiring or cover plate for with frame modular type, including cutting chases to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No-2 here in before but with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor including earth wire controlled by one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board and ditto.
