Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced)as in roof padding of any description & height of Bldg and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, padding and roof kerb including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 (nominal mix), type A1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

S&F 30 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminated for panels.

S&F 150mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.

S&F 100 mm size stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight.

S&F 0.71mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and strainght flashing (length and girth as fixed) as fixed in crumple joint and like complete.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab including plastering and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed outside of MoD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with two coats of thermal resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 500 litres capacity white colour (both inside & outside), triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with close top) including brass float valve high pressure suitable for 20 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down any type & capacity of water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 1000 litres capacity white colour (both inside & outside), triple layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with close top) including brass float valve high pressure suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

S & F 200 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints fixed to wall in repairs complete all as directed.

S&F 200 mm bore size PVC (SWR) bends any radius including jointing the same with solvent cement complete all as directed.

S&F Road Delineator of MS Pipe dia 50mm and length 900mm having three bands of colours red, white, green or yellow as required of three inches in width provided. A mesh of sixteen gauge fixed from top twelve inches length to cover these bands of reflective sheeting and fixing in ground with adhesive or necessary fitmnet. Make : TATA BP/ Avery/ Protek or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F Road stud (Cat Eye) as Per IRC-67 alluminium aloy die casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2nos. Highly reflactive reflactors & 2 nos eye ball each on both side including adhesive solution on the pavement complete all as specified and directed.(Cat No. Sinor Infrastructure DA-971 or equivalent model or equivalent make as approved by GE. )

S&F solar charging road stud (Cat Eye) made form alluminium alloy of size 125mm X 125mm X 25mm with blinker facility including adhesive solution on the pavement complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dark eye Model No. DA110-Dhruv or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for Road marking lines, dashes, arrow etc, on road of any description 2mm thick with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS 3262 and according to specification laid down by IRC & MST (Ministry of surface trasport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed. Paint material like Shivalik, Ashian etc as per IS:164 Grade-I.

S&F Single legged informatory sign board fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on square pipe or single side boards. The boards are high intensity Green/ Blue colour retro reflective sheeting 3mm thick Alco bond / Aluminium sheet confirming to IS-736 to be covered with High intensity grade retro reflective sheeting of Green/Blue colour. Sheet fixed with suitable adhesive to Alco bond / Aluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint, fixed to structureal frame work of MS pipe size 35 x 35 x 2.6mm square pipe with nuts,bolt/ivets ensuring safety against removal of plate. The lettering, sign or numbering are computerized cut of High Intensity grade white sheeting and mechanically fixed on this board to Green/ blue colour number and height of letter up to 15cm and width upto 2cm or as specified and directed by engineer-in charge. (Size of Each Board up to 3 Sqm) This board fixed on Single Round Pipe 200 mm dia and 5.6mm thick for vertical posts up to 2.5mtr above GL, painted in black and white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint and firmly fixed to the ground by PCC 1:2:4 block of size 45x45x60 cm including 12mm Base plate fixed with 6 Nos nut bolt 12mm dia and 300mm long, excavation, removal and curing complete all as specified and including directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Regulatory/ mandatory sign made out of 2mm aluminium sheet, size 60cm diameter circle as per the design of IRC-67-1977 pre treated with phospeting process & acid eteching, coating with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint, reflectorised with retro reflective sheeting as per latest M.O.S.T specification, 3.1m long square stand post 50x50x3.6 mm and frame fabricated from suitable size angle iron of 25 x 25 x 3mm painted with best quality epoxy coating black and white bends. The details of symbol for each board shall be as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge and fixed to the ground by PCC 1:2:4 block of size 45x45x60 cm including excavation, removal and curing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Cautionary Warning Sign made out of 2mm aluminium sheet, size 90 x 90 x 90cm equlateral triangle as per the design of IRC-67-1977 pre treated with phospeting process & acid eteching, coating with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint, reflectorised with retro reflective sheeting as per latest M.O.S.T specification, 3.1m long square stand post 50x50x3.6 mm and frame fabricated from suitable size angle iron of 25 x 25 x 3mm painted with best quality epoxy coating black and white bends. Supply and installation of CONVEX MIRROR circular of size 1000mm dia made with ABS Body, Lens/ Mirror with unbreakable poly carbonate fixed with clamp with MS pipe 80mm dia and upto 5 feet height and fixed to the ground by PCC 1:2:4 block of size 45x45x60 cm including excavation, removal and curing comple all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : ABS Engineering, equivalent model of Dark eye or Cats eye or equivalent make as approved by GE)

Complete removing of existing old letters, sign, arrow in board using cleaner and removing marks stain etc and Fixing of computerized lettering, Numbering, Sign cut of High Intensity grade white sheeting and mechanically fixed on existing board to Green/ blue colour sign board, size of lettring upto 15cm and width of letter upto 2 cm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply only instant ready mix premixed bitumunious material consisting of granular material 5-20 mm crushed stone aggregrate with 5.5% of paving bitumen in 25 Kg sealed Bags. Make : Shali Patch of STP or equivalent as aprroved.

M & L for repair to entire or part width of damaged bituminious road surface with 40 mm thick instant ready mix premixed bituminious material after preparation of surface including well ramming to match with the eixiting surface of road complete all as directed.(Note : Instant Ready Mix premixed bituminious material obrtained from item No 56 here-in-above)
