Manning & Opeation of Main Power House of 5AFH alongwith necessary operation of the following equipments including accessories like AMF Panel, Battery etc as and when required to keep continious electric supply round the clock in THREE SHIFTS OF 8 HOUR WITH Electrician (SK) PER SHIFT PER LOCATION including necessary day to day maintenance and attending daily electric supply complaints at 5 AFH in all respect, routine maint, servicing, testing to attending external/ internal electric breakdown and repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Manning & Opeation of Boiler No. 1, 2, & 3 in SINGLE SHIFT OF 8 HOURS duration (0700 HOURS TO 1500 HOURS) with one skilled operator (FGM) per day and carrying out comprehensive maintenance/repair works of Boiler No. 1, 2 & 3 as and when required through manufacturer's authorised agency and as per manufacturer's maintenance schedule to maintain its serviceability and ensure smooth functioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE FOR SCH 'A' : FOR ITEM NO. 1, 2, 3 AND 4 :- (a) Contactor have to provide Grease, Gland and Gasket, Consumable Materials such as Soap,Cotton Waste, Protective clothing, Gloves and Necessary Tools for Electrician and FGM which are required for maintenance, maining and Operation of installation from his own arrengements and sources for which cost of same shall deem to be included in the UNIT RATE. NO Extra AMOUNT shall be PAID separately on this account. (b) Daily Cleaning and maintenance of DG Set & Mechanical Laundary and respective areas of installation shall be carried out as specified. (c) Qualifications, Licenses, etc. of Operator/Staff(s) shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge for verification and approval. However Accepting Officer may stop services of any Operator/Staff(s) of the contractor if found unsatisfactory for the job. (d) The Contactor shall be responsible for MAKING GOOD damage occoured due to inadequate experience of staff employed by him and/or negligence of his workmen.

(e) Fuel and lubricants shall be issued by the department under SCHEDULE 'B' as 'Free for filling, which shall be collected from AGE E/M Stores. (f) SPARES shall be measured and paid separately in respective Item(s) of BOQ here in after. (g) The following documents shall be maintained by the contractor and produced as and when required:- (i) Printed log sheet as per sample (ii) Duty roster. (iii) Daily attendance register (iv) Material register (v) Maintenance register
