Outsourcing of service for operation of central air conditioning plant 24 TR capacity and other connected equipment regularly for 16 hours in two shift per day ( i.e. 1st Shift 0600-1400 Hrs and 2nd Shift 1400-2200 Hrs) (shift of 8 hrs ) and throughout the period with one Refrigerator Mechanic per shift (including Sunday and holiday) to operate and maintain the installation including of the following :- (a) Operation and maintenance of the air handling unit. (b) Operation and maintenance of cooling tower. (c) Operation and maintenance of condensing unit. (d) Operation and maintenance of compressors unit 12 TR capacities each (02 working and one stand by). (e) Maintenance of elect panel board (f) Maintenance of AC duct. (g) Maintaining record of room temperatures. (h) Maintaining the area surrounding by the cooling tower, AC plants room to be neat and clean every time.

Outsourcing of service for operation of E/M water supply installations comprising of submersible pump of 12.5 HP capacity, centrifugal booster pump of 30HP and 7.5HP capacity, DG sets of 82.5 KVA capacity, chemical dosing pump of capacity1/30 HP(fractional), iron removal plant of capacity 10000 GPH and aeration tower, sedimentation tank of 20000 gallon capacity, rapid sand filter house sump of 2 x 10000 gallon capacity, filtered water sump of 20000 gallon capacity and clear water sump of 2x 20000 gallon capacity with connected plants and machines including their control system with LT panel boards and RCC OH tank of 20000 gallon capacity installed at Pump house No. 10 regularly for 24 hours in three shift per day (ie 1st Shift 0600-1400 Hrs, 2nd Shift 1400-2200 Hrs and 3rd Shift 2200-0600 Hrs) (shift of 8 hrs ) and throughout the period with One Operator (FGM) and One trained Helper per shift (including Sunday and holiday) all as directed by the Engineer- in –charge.

Outsourcing of services for operation of valve at various places under distribution area of Pump House No 10 regularly for 16 hours in two shift per day (ie 1st Shift 0600-1400 Hrs and 2nd Shift 1400-2200 Hrs) (shift of 8 hrs ) and throughout the period with One Valveman per shift (including Sunday and holiday) all as directed by the Engineer- in –charge.

NOTES: A. Applicable to Sl item No 2.00 to 3.00: (a) Works to be carried out above serial item No. 2 & 3 above includes of the following:- (i) Adding the Altoch GP/Sodium Hypo chloride solution in the water and dosing of the same to get required ppm of chlorine in water. (ii) Adding the air through air compressor in the oxidation chamber for providing sufficient aeration to water. (iii) Controlling all the sluice valves to supply treated water including back washing once in each shift. (iv) Testing of water samples twice a day before supply of water for pH value, chlorine and iron contents and recording test results in the register being maintained by the operator in each installation. (v) Operation of DG sets in case of electric failure to continue the operation of submersible pumping sets, water treatment plants and back washing system. (vi) Maintaining the area surrounded and upto 3 metre beyond fencing of pump houses to be neat and clean including cutting of grass and vegetation and plantation of flowers, etc. in a presentable manner as directed.

(vii) Maintaining of LT control panel of electric power supply for submersible pump, booster pump, water treatment plant by carrying out minor repair in panels and terminal plate such as tightening / replacing of lugs and thimbles, providing insulation tape etc. for smooth running of plants including carrying out minor mechanical nature repair works such as filling of glands in pump, valves, tightening of foundation nuts and bolts for preventing the leakage all as specified and directed . (viii) Distribution of water at different location by operation of sluice valves/gate valves at any time during the shift with in the dependent area of respective pump house and all as per direction of Engr- in Charge.

B. Applicable to Sl item No 1 to 3: (a) The Contractor shall provide printed log book/Register etc as per format provided by the Deptt.and cost for the same are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (b) The Contractor should submit payment register and attendance register etc signed by the Engr-in-charge every month and cost for the same are deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. (c) The Contractor shall supply uniforms to their employees for wearing during working hours. The uniform shall be pant and shirt and shall be of blue colour. The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engr-in-charge. The unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of the uniform supplied.
