Excavation in all types of soils for foundations, including backfilling the sides and compacting and disposing the surplus earth outside the campus at any unobjactionable place outside the AMC limits by contractor as directed. The rates shall includes soaring and shuttering of sides as required. The rates shall also include loading, transporting and unloading the excavated material. Actual excavated volume t obe measured and paid.

From existing grade at the spot to 1.5 mt below

Removing of exsisting floor of Dholpur stone, mortar, and PCC below it. Rate shall be inclusive of debris lead outside the AMC limits by contractor as directed.

Providing and laying hand/machine mix PCC (4" thick) at 1:4:8 as leveling course for valve chamber/pipe or RCC base, includding ramming, consolidating, curing etc. all complete as instructed by by EIC

Providing and laying machine mixed and vibrated CC of grade 1:1.56:3 in all shapes and and at all height and levels including form work, curinring, compaction, etc. but excluding reinforcement bars for support of pipeline and also for ramp work as per specification and instruction from EIC. Complete in all respect.

Providing and cutting, bending, pacing in position and tieing HYSD reinforcement bars for RCC elements including spacer bars, covers, etc. complete for all diameters at all levels as per specifications.

Providing and fixing DI lines DI-K-9 pipes of various classes with CI/DI/MS specials of following diameters, and approved makes like Jindal, Electrotherm or equivalent. Installation and fixing of DI lines including cleaning, cutting, jointing with providing DI special tee, bends, reducers, and required accessories and erection. Installation and fixinf of pipes on support walls or laying on ground level, testing of pipe lines, and commissioning, complete in all respects including supply of consumables, tools, tackels, labours, as per specifications and directed by EIC.

Job work for providing and fixing of butterfly valve (Make: L&T, audco, or equivalent)in existting DI lines with flange joint. Rates includes cost of attachments around the valve like, bolts, gasket, flange joints, etc. complete

Removing of exsisting paver blocks and subgrade of mettal/sand layer below it and stacking it properly to reuse it. And relaying of the paver over 40mm thicksand badding as per existing patern including curing, compacting, etc. complete.

Construction of brick masonry inspection chambers with local best quality bricks with 1:5 cement mortar, including nesessary excavation, foundation laying using 1:4:8 concrete, and 15mm thk. inside plaster of 1:4 cement mortar and float coat of neat cement, including curing, etc. complete. Size: 600mm (L)x 600mm (W) x 1000mm (D) inside measurements with RCC precast cover with frames etc. complete.

Connection with existing MS/Di/HDPE pipe line with necessary flange, nut bolts with joints, etc. complete.

Lead joint of socket tail pieces as per weight rate of CI fitting

Providing, fabricating, and laying fittings made from MS plates, made to required shape and size of "T" or tail pieces, exactly to fit for coonection to existing DI pipes. Rate shall be inclusive of three coats of rubber paint, etc. complete.

Pipes for line, reducer, bends, etc.

Ring flange up to 200mm dia.

Consolidating gas cutting pipes/plates etc. and butt welding in all positions with required number of runs for MS pipes internally and/or externally including gauging wherever necessary, fixing appurtances and other accessories in connection with pipe laying work as specification.

Hiring and operating electic demolition hammer for breaking the hard obstructions and old RCC thrust blocks from around old pipe lines etc. complete. Rtes shall be inclusive of removing the debris outside the campus at any unobjectionable location outside AMC limits

Providing and operationg dewatering pumps. Rates shall include fuel, operator chrages, etc. (for 8 hrs. shift)

Horizontzl drilling for road crossing at different locations with all required equipments for drilling and pulling PVC casing pipe (300mm dia. 10 kg/sq cm). The length of the casing pipe should be 750 mm extra on both the end of the drill. The rates shall include supply of PVC pipe and of necessary sand bag wrapping around DI pipes at required interval to keep the pipe in level inside casing pipe.

Providing and laying 25mm to 32mm dholpur stones (size: 600mmx450mm or 600mm x 600mm aprox.) flooring of uniform thickness and with machine cut edges , as directed by EIC over avg. 25mm thk. Bedding of 1:8 proportion including filling of joints with cement slurry with colour pigments to match the shade oof the stone slab, including curing, cleaning, etc. complete in all respect.
