M&L sand cushioning for cables with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying bricks common burnt clay sub classs 'B' old size bricks for cable protection.

Description all as per item Ser No 4 here in before but except bricks Note: Old bricks retrieved from item No 16 here in after shall be used.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade mechanically crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary from work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundation, coping stay etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finish surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (Soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25CM thick each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Removal of excavated material n,exc 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip including dismantling and taking down old U/S PCC Poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and erection (in true vertical position) Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws all as specified of type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 mtr length) as specified in IS 2713 (Part-II) 1980 including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint to exposed surfaces incl providing of two coats of black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip and black bituminus paint for embedded portion of pole including diamantling and taking down old steel poles compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

M&L for drilling hole of any size manully as per site requirement, drilling for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cables complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : Pipe will be measured and paid for seperately.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify, the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including testing any size complete as directed by Engr-in-charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, brick and joint shall be measured & paid for seprately).

Disconnecting & taking out old defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole,pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with cluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, sand , bricks, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Taking down UNSV fabricated box, M & L for fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN , aluminium bus bar, suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts including connectors and din rail for fixing MCB inside the box , clamps of size 20x4mm on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv switches, S & F Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) . Three phase load of 8 KW for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level . Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF < 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min, 4 hrs to max 12 hrs, VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & phase reverse incl power contractors (63Amos) and incoming-outgoing MCB rating of 63 Amps & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 16 sqmm. The sensor, VSM power contractor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e sensor & VMS by pass option) Note:- (i) S S Nut bolts, clamp for fixing on poles/wall are to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The sensor must have the warranty of min 2 years . (iii) The test certificate and warranty cirtificate must be provided by supplier. Supply and fixinf in replacement of on load changeover switches 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 volts fixed in sheet metal enclosure allows changeover from main supply to generator supply & vice versa complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down UNSV LED street/security/flood lights upto 90 watt after disconnection electric supply and fix again after repairing of unsv AC/DC drivers incl proper connections all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of repair and driver is incl in quoted rate. (ii) If repair is not possible then supply only street/security light will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items.

Dismantling and taking down UNSV LED street/security/flood lights upto 200 watt after disconnection electric supply and fix again after repairing of unsv AC/DC drivers incl proper connections all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 20 mm exclusive of boxes (Junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. Note : PVC pipe will be clamped at three position on pole and cost of clamp, nut, bolts etc are incl in quoted rates.

Material & Labour for overhauling, servicing, repairing of gear box of high mast light incl replacement of unsv parts and make full functioning of gear box complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for overhauling, servicing, repairing of 3 phase induction motor 1.1 KW,415 volt, 920 RPM, 50 Hz single phase of high mast light incl replacement of unsv part and make full functioning of motor complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv. Note: Only excavation and PCC work will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L in replacement incl dismantling and taking down old cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape, size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

M&L in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulators, bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, cross section of strap 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site including taking out old U/S ACSR conductor complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick burried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth wire of size 4mm dia by means of nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways, 20 mm bore medium grade GI protection & watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh, earth work, common salt, charcol dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for fixing in replacement GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade on poles, on walls, under floors, road crossing, as reqd at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Clamps, Nut bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4mm dia galvanised iron steel wire complete all as direction of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fixing of new street light bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore suitable to fit with LED street light approx length not less than 120cm bent to shape including new clamps made of MS flat of size 30x4 mm thick including cutting, welding holes, nut, bolts washers etc including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed.
