Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Piers, abutments, Pillers, Posts and struts

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing mild steel roundholding down bots with nuts and waser plates complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13952 Typr A, including jooooointing with seal ring conorming to IS : leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, single socketed pipes, 110 mm diameter.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete : On steel work

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.; Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content : With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.: For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
