Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1603.1 & 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material at approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for usefull stone of 1503.64 cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs. 451092/- only shall be effected from the contractor bill on pro-rata basis for the quality of cutting in earth work executed. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clause 305 including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with cheselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to stream, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth, as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & clause 1203 and clause 1203 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall & parapets etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1604.7 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of I (v): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clauses 614, 709 & 1206.6 including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 301 in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron or gobion walls, laid in wire crates with 4mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm (hundred into hundred) millimetre mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (ten) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg (twenty five ) kilograme each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six agg/ crushed stone agg. 20mm( twenty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900, and clause 1203 and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for parapets, plain cement concrete in sub structure grade M-15 ( M-fifteen) nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement : two decimal five sand is to five crushed stone agg. 40mm( forty millimetre) nominal size) including curing complete including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and clause 1206 to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar for reinforcement ( Fe-415) in suberstructure complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1001 & 1206 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar for reinforcement ( Fe-415) in superstructure complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1001 & 1401 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed vibrated reinforced cement concrete in substructure using concrete grade M-20 ( M twenty ) design Mix with cement contents not less then 330 kg (three hundred and thitry kilogram ) per cubic meter as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900,1200. clause 1206 Including the cost of form work in bed block and dirt wall etc. excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work but icluding curing complete as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D.. technical specification section 800, 900 and clause 1401 using R.C.C. grade M-25 ( twenty five) design mix with cement contents not less then 400 kgs (four hunderd kilogram) per cubic meter with 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size gradrd crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in wearing coarse using concrete grade M-30( Thirty) design mix with cement contents not less then 430 kgs (four hunderd thirty kilogram) per cubic meter with 20 mm (twenty milimeter) nominal size gradrd crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1404.2 and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimeter ) diameter reinforced cement concrete pipes IS Class NP-3 for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M-25 grade, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1((one) in 500 (five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand millimetre) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MORD specification section 800,900, 1200 & clause 1404.3 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Construction of improved subgrade with approved material having CBR not less than ten percent obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per technical specification cluase 303 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through in all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, grading 1 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through in all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cubic metre (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 53mm to 22.40 mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point fourty millimetre) to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cum (zero point eighteen cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eighty five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using (RS-I) emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg. (zero point two seven five kilograms) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous cocrete 30mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 60-80 (sixty - eighty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 (fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 5.5(five point five point ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43(forty three) grade cement or any type as per clause 1501.2.2 and M-30 (thirty grade), design mix cement concrete, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383(three hundred eighty three), maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm(twenty five millimeter ) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cubic meter capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work ( steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opreation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs using curing compound (where specified) and water, finishing to line and grade as per drawing and as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1501 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetre into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. ( Two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimeter into seventy five millimeters) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 ( M fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm ( four hundred fifty millimeters into four hundred fifty millimeters into six hundred millimeters), 600mm ( six hundred millimeters) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm ( forty seven millimeter into forty seven millimeters) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing, arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1701 and Annexture 1700.1 including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board 600 (six hundred) millimeter equilateral triangle as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm(One decimal Five millimeter) thick MS sheet duly stove enamalled white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm (Sixty Five millimeter) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x12(Forty seven into forty seven into twelve) SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x450 x 600 mm, (Four Hundred Fifty into Four Hundred fifty into Six Hundred millimeter), 600 mm (six Hundred millimeter) below ground level as per approved drawing and MORD technical, specification clause 1701 including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Direction and place indentification signs upto 0.9 sqm (Zero decimal nine square metre) size board as per IRC:67 made of 2mm (Two millimeter) thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint white colour in front and gray colour on back with reflective border of 70mm (Seventy millimeter) width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm (Forty Seven into Forty seven millimeter) of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25mm x 5 mm (Twenty five into five millimeter) M/S flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450mm x 600 mm (Four Hundred Fifty into Four Hundred fifty into Six Hundred millimeter), 600 mm (Six hundred millimeter) below ground level as per approved drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1701 including hauling/ carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document and technical specification of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2014 (two thousand forteen) for rural roads including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation and to the entire satisfication of the Engineer-in-Charge.
