Annual Maintenance and Upkeep of Archaeological Garden at various monuments/ Sites under, Shimla Circle, Shimla (H.P.) for the financial year 2026-27

Intensive Garden :- Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge. All complete (period July – 2026 to March – 2027) (Including GST) AM&UK of garden at Ruined Fort, Kangra = 8823.24 Sqm. AM&UK of garden at Bhim-Ka-Tila, Chaitru = 18393.82 Sqm. AM&UK of garden at Rock Cut Temple, Masroor = 2182.58 Sqm. AM&UK of garden at Shiva Temple, Baijnath = 8271.60 Sqm. AM&UK of garden Ruined Fort, Nurpur = 10788.87 Sqm. Total Area for one Month = 48460.11sqm x 09 month = 4,36,140.99 Sqm.

Extensive Garden:- Complete maintenance of the entire extensive garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. trees, shrubs, herbs, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, grass cutting by brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of garden area with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, will be provided by the department & brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in-charge.
