Provision for pilling work as foundation up to a depth of 3.65 m including all complete.

Provision for demolishing brick work manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, for erection of intermediate RCC pillars.

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, : All kinds of soil.

Provision for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Provision for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade 1:2:4 Reinforcement Cement concrete (1cement :2 coarse sand :4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering , shuttering finishing and reinforcement.

Provision for scrapping/ cleaning and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and laying 12 mm cement plaster over the RCC pillars and compound wall : of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) etc. including curing, fine finish etc. complete.

Provision for finishing the compound wall and shed with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Provision for applying priming coat over the grills of compound wall & entrance gate : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat).

Provision for painting over the grills of compound wall & entrance gate : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats.

Provision for transfer of Bricks from Nagarjuni Hills to Ghejan appx. 30 km distance including loading and unloading carefully.

Supplying and stacking of over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 120 mm to 40 mm at site.

Provision for cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zoneIII) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for pathway around shed.

Provision for brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) excluding cost of bricks with all complete.

Provision for Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): to the joints of the brick edge flooring in the front courtyard of the temple etc. complete

Provision for re-fixing PNBs properly including changing of iron sheets for re-writing of texts as per latest AMASR act with all complete.

Provision for construction of cultural notice board of size (4ft x 2.5 ft) in brick masonry pedestal with texts in stone engraved with all complete. (As per approved design and text).

Provision for surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Provision for procurement of plants, flowers, composts, fertilizer etc. for development of garden within the compound wall with labour and material all complete.

Laying water bound macadam sub-base with brick aggregate and binding material, earth etc. including screening, sorting and spreading to template and consolidation with light power road-roller etc. complete.(payment for brick aggregate and moorum etc. to be made separately).
