PART-A Annual Maintenance Contract for Manning, Maintenance & serving of 28 TR capacity Precision Air conditioning units ( indoor and outdoor unit, starter etc) of IT Centre Server room, Ductable type (5.5TRx2) 11 TR Air conditioning Units at Ambedkar Bhavan (4th. Floor), Ductable type (5.5TRx2) 11 TR Air conditioning Units at AOB canteen & Lunch room, Ductable type 3TR Air conditioning Units at Vigilance wing of AOB and split / Window Air conditioners and water coolers installed at various location in port area as detailed in the Annexure-A duly attending the monthly Servicing and also attending the breakdown calls as and when required including repairing / replacing the required electrical/electronic defective spares such as thermostats, capillaries, capacitors, Electronic PCBs, fan Motors and leak testing, Gas charging etc. as per the scope of work by engaging Required Number of A.C Mechanics and helpers detailed in the Annexure –B on all days including sundays & Holidays from 0800 hrs to 1700 Hrs. excluding Sundays as directed by Engineer- in – Charge.

PART-B Hiring of 1 no. Diesel Mini Truck (four wheeler) or any other similar vehicle of model 2017 or later with a minimum load carrying body of 0.5 Ton, capacity , with driver and fuel from 08.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs (i.e., General shifts) on all week days for shifting / transporting of AC’s / water coolers from various locations to the repairing room / service centre etc. and taking back to the respective locations after the repairing / serving. The van body shall have fixed sides and rear opening door, with fuel (Approx mileage per month: 1000 km) NOTE: I) For the vehicle, fuel and driver shall be provided by the contractor. Fuel charges will be paid extra at actual @ 20 Km per litre at the prevailing market rates subject to maximum of 1000 km per month.

Supply of 5/5.5 Ton capacity new Scroll type compressor suitable for existing A/c machines as directed by Engg in charge.

Supply of 3 Ton capacity reciprocating type new compressor suitable for existing A/c machines as directed by Engg in charge.

Supply of PCBs suitable for existing 5.5 / 5 / 3Ton A/c. Machines as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply of Refrigeration gas suitable for existing A/c. Machine as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supplying 2 run of 7/8” x 1/2”copper tubes for suction and liquid lines between indoor and outdoor units for Ductable air conditioner including foaming etc.., complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supplying 2 run of 1.1/8’’ x 5/8’’copper tubes for suction and liquid lines between indoor and outdoor units for Ductable air conditioner including foaming etc.., complete as directed by Engineer-in- charge
