The pump shall be directly coupled to a continious rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS 9283/ 1995 as amended thereafter, siutable for operation in AC 3 phase 380 V + /- 10%, 50 Hz + / - 5%, Duty Conditions : Discharge -1.95lps Total Head - 108m Starter Supply and delivery of Direct On Line starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor Panel board Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one number open board - single sheet type control panel board, suitable for providing control system for running motor pump set, suitable capacity Main Switch, DOL starter supplied, provided with a common earth for the entire panel as per IE rules and code of practice. The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 Valves Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice valve and Non retum valve of 50 mm or dia of pumping line 1.60 PN pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support for Non return valves and Sluice Valves of reputed make. Pressure Gauge Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked Pressure Gauge with controll Valve Suction and delivery pipe connections Supply and fitting of dia. not below 50 mm dia. according to pump discharge, best quality C class GI erection pipe for a total length of 10 m suitable for the above pump set with suitable long coupling, bends, Flanges, nut and bolts IR sheet packing etc. complete (erection pipe shuould be of 3 m each with suitable coupling / flanged joints to withstand the heavy load and for facilitating lifting and erection of motor) and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials, including cutting, welding, jointing to link the line with existing pumping main near well.
